Understanding Uncertainty in Pore Pressure Prediction

We present a video recording of a webinar by Dr Alex Edwards entitled: Understanding Uncertainty in Pore Pressure Prediction.

PFG models are typically obtained using offset well data and seismic velocities. The workflows used to generate these pre-drill models are relatively straightforward and the algorithms are not complex.  However, despite the simplistic nature of these algorithms, there are many factors that need to be considered and visualized to effectively capture the uncertainty within these PPFG models. The crucial part is that  risks are effectively communicated during the PPFG planning process to all teams involved. This presentation discusses these uncertainties.
